Dear Greyt Escape 2023 rider:

Extreme weather circumstances and additional flood warnings prevented the Greyt Escape event to take place on the 17^th of June.

We as organizers and role players had to reach a responsible decision at last resort, to safeguard riders and had no choice but to postpone the event at that stage as a result of force majeure.

We would very much like to offer you a better experience and another chance to participate in the Greyt Escape. We made every effort to provide an alternative and best suitable date for 2023, however, the booking schedule for established events is already saturated for the remaining part of the year, and the availability for our hosting partner is limited.

We are therefor going to postpone the event to 2024, and announce a new date for the Greyt Escape 2024 by the end of July this year. We will be also be working on bettering your experience of the Greyt Escape by adding a more bulkier package.

Riders that entered for the Greyt Escape this 2023, of which details is captured on the existing Entry Ninja Portal, will receive a 35% discount on next year’s entry for the Greyt Escape. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might have suffered. We as event organizers unfortunately endure equal losses in unfortunate circumstances.
